

Felicia
Rucker
Felicia Rucker has a background
in community and economic development and planning.
She is currently an Urban Planner and Grants
Writer for a local government. Her past
work experience includes Consulting and Community
Planning by writing and administering state
and federal grants for municipal and county
governments. She is a graduate of Alcorn
State University and received her MBA from
Delta State University.
She joined Wheels of
Success in 2004. Her
past affiliations include but are not limited
to a volunteer for Sisters Empowering Women
(SEW), Advisory Board Member for Miracles
Outreach, Paint Your Heart Out Tampa (PYHOT)
Volunteer, Member
of the City of Tampa's Black History
Committee and she is very active in her community.
She is a native of Mississippi and remains
actively involved by contributing her
time and resources to many community and
education events in her home state of Mississippi.
