John Imming

AAA Auto Club South, Inc.

John Imming was born in Davenport, Iowa. He graduated from St. Ambrose University with a BA in Accounting. Mr. Imming joined the Motor Club of Iowa in 1967. In 1973, he became affiliated with the Mid-South Automobile Club in Nashville, Tennessee where he advanced to increasingly responsible management positions throughout the club, including President in 1987. In January, 1990, the Mid-South Automobile Club merged with the present AAA Auto Club South and Mr. Imming was appointed Vice President responsible for Tennessee operations. In 1993, he was transferred to Tampa Headquarters as Executive Assistant to the President and was appointed Vice President of Member Relations in 2007.

Mr. Imming joined the Board of Wheels of Success in April 2010. He is also active in the Auto Club South Traffic Safety Foundation.

Mr. Imming and his wife, Linell, reside in Brandon, Florida, and have two sons.
