Kathleen Barry-Wacaser, Ph.D., is a legal recruiter with Lloyd Prescott Companies. Kathleen’s educational achievements include a B.A. Psychology, from Binghamton University, and both an M.A and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, from the University of South Florida. Her former employers include: American Red Cross, Walter Industries, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her past positions have included: Instructor, University of South Florida Professional & Workforce Development; National Instructor, American Red Cross, Personnel Practices for Supervisors; and volunteer, Sacred Heart Academy & Sacred Heart Church.

Kathleen holds memberships in the: American Psychological Association (APA); Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP); Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); Tampa Heights Civic Association; Binghamton University Alumni Association; and USF Alumni Association.
