Sandra Lynn Rosa

Sandra Rosa is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Syniverse, a global communications technology company headquartered in Tampa, where she brings over 30 years of experience in coaching, talent management, performance planning, employee relations, compensation, and change management.

Prior to joining Syniverse, Sandra served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Santander Consumer USA, where she directed the human resources activities for more than 5,000 employees who worked remotely across the country or in Santander’s offices in Texas, Florida, and Arizona.

Prior to that, Sandra served as Senior Vice President and Executive Director Human Resources Business Partner at Santander Bank, N.A. in which she supported the largest business areas at the bank. Those areas included Consumer & Business Banking, with over 500 branches and 4,000 employees across the Northeast and Florida, the Operations team and Technology. She later assumed a dual-hatted role as Head of Talent Management for Santander US from July 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining Santander in 2017, Sandra was the Head of Talent Acquisition for JP Morgan’s Consumer Bank and Chase Wealth Management businesses. During the 24-year tenure with JP Morgan Chase, she held a variety of senior human resources business partner roles across multiple lines of business such as Head of Consumer Bank Human Resources for the Midwest region, supporting 12,000 branch and wealth management employees in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Sandra also served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Corporate, Treasury and Securities Services, and Chase Card Services.

In addition to her professional duties, Sandra is also very active in the community. She chairs the board of directors of The Concilio, a Dallas-based nonprofit that unlocks opportunities for Latino families and serves on the board of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), which prepares high school students to turn ideas into business ventures through experiential learning and mentorship. Most recently, she joined the board of Wheels of Success, a Tampa nonprofit addressing transportation barriers for working families and single mothers.
