Repeat Performance: An Evening with Theo Valentin & Friends

Our February event at the Blue Martini was so successful—despite inclement weather—that Wheels of Success held another fundraiser there on April 20th. We didn’t have rain, but we did have the STORM! Our event celebrated Tampa Bay Storm’s 2003 Arena Superbowl victory. Players were on hand to shake hands and sign autographs for fans. Proceeds of the evening allowed us to get three families on the road again.

Entertainment was provided by Theo Valentin & Friends, complemented by the talent of Board member and 3-time Oakland Raider Superbowl Champion, Henry Lawrence.

We are especially grateful to Board member Heather Steinfeld who coordinated this event for us as well as the volunteers, staff, and additional Board members who worked the event and added to the fun for a great cause. Once again, corporate sponsor Spheris attended and contributed in force, and we are grateful for their ongoing support.

As a result of the evening, Wheels of Success enabled three families to continue working and, per our philosophy, they will help us to help future working families.
