Client Coordinator/Case Manager

Position Summary

The Client Coordinator/Case Manager (CC/CM) is a vital member of the Wheels of Success (WOS) team, responsible for supporting clients through every stage of their journey with the organization. This role ensures program success by assessing client eligibility, coordinating services, and helping clients overcome vehicle and non-vehicle-related barriers to self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all WOS clients.
Assess client eligibility and gather necessary documentation.
Develop and implement individualized service plans to support client goals.
Coordinate resolution of vehicle-related barriers (e.g., outstanding fines, lack of insurance).
Facilitate and monitor participation in the “Pay It Forward” program and required monthly 3-hour service commitment.
Provide referrals and connections to community resources for additional support needs.
Maintain accurate and timely client records, data entry, and reporting.
Organize and monitor client participation in car care classes and other educational programs.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to address ongoing challenges and track progress.
Collaborate with community agencies and partners to expand and update resource lists.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework or degree preferred.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to assess and troubleshoot client issues effectively and empathetically.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems.
Experience in case management, social services, or a related field is a plus.
